We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unworn dresses and accessories in their original condition. Please note that all items must have tags attached and be free of alterations to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
